To fulfill that ambition, we are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager/Commercial Inside Sales.
💼 About the position
As Account Manager/Commercial inside sales, you are the point of contact for our (potential) customers.
You build long-term relationships, identify opportunities and actively think about solutions that really meet their needs.
You will work independently, but also be part of an engaged and energetic team where cooperation and initiative are key.
We don't believe in working completely remote, but feel free to prove us wrong 😉
🔍 What will you do?
- Maintain existing customer relationships and actively follow up on leads (no cold calling)
- Advise clients on our training and services
- Identify commercial opportunities and convert them into concrete results
- Drafting and following up on quotes through to the deal
- Collaborate with the team to effectively resolve customer inquiries

- Independent and enterprising
- Communicative strong and genuinely interested in people
- Problem-solving and creative in your approach
- Experience in the training or personal development industry is a plus
